There are 30 rooms reserved at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott for anyone that is coming from out-of-town or would simply prefer to not drive home at the end of the night. To make a reservation just call and tell them that you're with the Arrildt Swick wedding. Some of the rooms have king beds and some have two doubles. Regardless, each room is $109/night for Thursday and Friday. Room availability is guaranteed through April 11th. After that, the price remains the same but the rooms will be released back to the hotel for general sale meaning that they may or may not have rooms left. If an extraordinary number of our wedding guests decide to book a room and the entire block of 30 rooms has been filled up or if the rooms have been released back to the hotel and there are no more rooms available, there are many other hotels nearby. There will be free shuttle service between the Fairfield Inn and Celebrations at the Bay for guests registered at that hotel. This means that if multiple people are staying in the same room, make sure all of your names are on the room! That is how they determine who is allowed on the shuttle. The size and quantity of shuttles will depend on the number of guests registered with the group. I'm expecting the first shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:30pm and the last one will leave the reception at 11:00pm. The drive is approximately 30 minutes. There is on-site parking for those who are not staying at the hotel but I would encourage everyone who is staying at the hotel to make use of the shuttle. The reception IS open bar... ;)
